Daily coordinated workshops with an international team of teachers.
All AcroYoga workshops in 2 different groups/levels.
Group size limited to max. 55 => Perfect teacher - participant balance.
3 times a day finest vegetarian/ vegan meals, mostly organic products.
Accommodation in group rooms or in your own camper/ car or tent.
In the afternoon there is enough free time for adventure and relaxation.

8. AcroYoga BaseCamp (12.-16.08.2024)

5 days full of FLOW + Acro + Yoga + Movement + Handstands + Nature Activities in the middle of the beautiful mountain landscape of Ebnit/ Dornbirn.

Prerequisites:

This camp is perfectly suited for intermediate AcroYogis. You are welcome to join if you have already participated in the BaseCamp 2023 or if you have at least some basic knowledge in AcroYoga or Acrobatics. If you are completely new and just starting your AcroYoga journey, we’re more than happy to inform you about various other options to get your AcroYoga journey started. There are many workshops and festivals around the globe to learn the Basics in Acroyoga. Feel free to ask if you have any questions about prerequisites, we will find a solution.

Acro:

Every day we offer two different Acro workshops for all levels with international teachers. Additional to the Acro workshops, there will be Yoga classes, handstand trainings and lots of free Acro Jams where people can share their knowledge with others and play with each other. We focus on L-base techniques and flows, standing acrobatics and dynamic transitions like Pops, Wips and Icarians.

With the right ninja spotting we can fly in every directions.

Food:

We offer delicious biological and mostly regional Vegetarian/ Vegan food to keep our energy level high and to nurture our body and soul.

Free time:

There will be enough free time to be relax, share your passion with open minded people, enjoy the beautiful nature around the camp or continue the training in free Acro Jams. In the evening there will be bonfires with good music, Yoga classes or time to calm down. Or you can treat yourself with a recharging Spa session in our private sauna and the jacuzzi under the stars. https://www.alpensauna.at/

5. AcroYoga SpaceCamp 16. - 18.08.2024

(Intermediate till Advanced Level)

*Acrobatic Intensive*

This short’n spicy camp follows the AcroYoga BaseCamp and takes place in the same location.

*Same spot - same vibes but even more Acrobatics and AcroYoga with an amazing international teacher team*

Prerequisites:

You're welcome if you've been to BaseCamp 2024 or if you've already worked on Pops + Wips + Standing Acro+ L-Base H2H Variations+ intermediate AcroYoga Flows with your partner and you know how to spot like a Ninja.

Focus:

There are always 2 different topics @ the 5 workshops. We will play safe with Wips + Wip/pops + Icarian + Flows and of course standing Acrobatics and Handstands.

We offer delicious biological and mostly regional Vegetarian/ Vegan food to keep our energy level high and to nurture our body and soul.
